I asked for cleaning the room to 2 p.m. was problem. no palse where can drink from glass, everywere plastic.

There we 5 of us, 2 in a suite and 3 in a junior suite. Both rooms were excellent. The junior suite had 2 double bedrooms,masses of storage,a huge lounge and 2 ensuite bathrooms. Could not fault it.Bars we well stocked and it was easy to get a drink,entertainment was ok (though the public could have been better singers!) There were 3 restaurants with lots of choice and were only 10 yards apart so we used to have a look in all 3 and cherry pick what we wanted then sit down in the quietest one.Plenty of sun loungers and pools.Must mention Max Penn at Yourgolftravel for being patient with us when booking and sorting out the accommodation we needed,did a great job.

Unfortunately very noisy as lots of children and groups of young men. We thought being out if school holidays it would be quieter. Our previous bookings with you have always been adult holidays

Food had improved since our visit last year! Unfortunately hotel had done unsavoury guest which has made us rethink going there next year!

I cannot give this hotel a five star rating because All cold drinks including alcholic served in plastic cups Hot drinks served in paper cups Although food was well cooked and presented it was served Luke warm onto COLD plates The main bar/entertainment area was a gathering point for rowdy drunken groups of men with no respect for others. No management was present to control them. Only local alcoholic drinks were served within the all inclusive package. There should be a separate bar area with an upgraded drinks package to accommodate customers who wanted somewhere to go for a quiet drink.

Group of 8 golfers stayed, couldn't complain about anything. Hotel was nice, food was spot on and the golf courses were brilliant (Alamos and Salgados). I would recommend going here, definitely.

Hotel was decent as expected with no major issues. Food was good for the week, rooms spacious and hotel is only a short walk to Salgados golf course. Unfortunately it isn't very close to Albufeira so we had to get Ubers when we went out but this didn't cost much. The only real negative at the hotel was arrival and check-in. We arrived at 11am and couldn't check in until 4pm. Additionally, the hotel seemed to be busy with arrivals so we were initially given a single room when our group had expected two. In fairness this was rectified quickly. The main issue with rooms was the doors - both of the rooms we were given had doors which didn't open or close easily and one of them had to have the maintenance team attend less than an hour after checking in. The staff were initially very dismissive and cheeky and the doors remained problematic for the week.

Quality Hotel just down the road from Salgados Golf Course. Varied food and something for everybody, there's a mini train which takes you down to the Beach Bars.Only a 10 min taxi in Albufeira for the nightlife and bars.

Traveled as a group of 16, no complaints from any of us ideal for large groups plenty of variety for food.
